Had problem with making outbound calls so called V4 and spoke with Sayan. Remote control of desktop given and Sayan navigated around system to establish my outbound call activity. Sayan certainly knew his stuff and very professional throughout. I would never have been able to do this without his help. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend Sayan
The person I dealt withwas very patient with me (an "oldie") and went through the problem ising various methods to get to the desired result. It did take some time but we got there. At all stages he was polite and curtious. His name was Sayan and I wish him well at V4 Consumer
